About Ed Lallo

I have always enjoyed a good story; whether told in print, online or in a movie or TV show. A good story makes you laugh, cry, excite, but most of all leaves you hungry for more. I tell stories through the lens of a camera. Stories that many times remains hidden from view – all with a driven passion of expression.

Whether it be in the small east Texas town of Talco photographing a lone oil field worker checking pumping unit at sunset; in Brazil with a chef preparing international dishes for Varig Airline passengers; or outward bound from Tokyo Bay on an Alaska bound natural gas transport. I capture storytelling commercial and editorial images for advertising and public relations agencies, design studios, corporations and news and feature media.

Collaborating with a design team or traveling solo on assignment, I bring a depth of experience with the vicissitudes of location work and an eye for composition. Most of all I bring the ability to enter the soul of the subject and capture that in one moment the client wants to see.

Having more than four decades of experience telling a brands story from a journalistic perspective, I continue to enjoy being behind the lens of a camera for both corporate and editorial clients.

Yes, I do enjoy a good story. What I enjoy even more, is telling a good story through the lens of my camera. Are you my next story?

Speaking Opportunities

Life is a journey comprised of many stories along the way. Some best told by words alone, but the most compelling, memorable and revisited are those that add striking, creative and unforgettable images, so the story never ends.

This is my mission – to bring visual storytelling assistance and guidance to industry, business, organizations and governments.

A part of my passion is passing my three-decades of visual brand journalism knowledge to corporate communication departments, university students, PRSA and IABC chapters. I feel it important to leave a mark on others, while on this brief journey through time and space.

Some of the clients that I have helped usher into the digital age with seminars or private consultation include; ExxonMobil, DuPont, Williams Companies, Imperial Sugar, Louisiana Seafood Board and Perot Systems.

Other presentations include: New Orleans IABC Chapter, Salt Lake City PRSA/IABC Joint Conference. People Magazine NYC Photographers Meeting, Texas Public Relations Association, Oklahoma State University and the University of West Virginia.
